NAPS Wins "You Got Caught" Award From Keep Virginia Beautiful

The Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) has been selected as a "Get Caught in a Beautiful Act" winner by Keep Virginia Beautiful for a photo of the 2018 NAPS Creek Cleanup.
