Save the Date and Register Today: NAPS Fall Social, Sun., Oct. 29

NAPS members please join us for the NAPS Fall Social & Annual Meeting, Sunday, Oct. 29th, at the Tavern Meeting Building and grounds in Heathsville from 4 to 7 p.m. (behind Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern). We will be honoring the volunteers of Smith Point Sea Rescue as the recipient of the 2023 NAPS Distinguished Citizen Award.

Appetizers, wine, beer, soft drinks, dinner and dessert (NAPS’ famous ice cream sundaes) are all yours for only $20 per person. As always, in our volunteer-only organization, we can use all the help we can get. We’ll have delicious entreés and breads from the Tavern, and side dishes contributed by you would be most welcome. We will hold a brief 2023 NAPS Annual Meeting during the event (between dinner & dessert) to get back on track for a Special Program/Annual Meeting in February or March 2024. You may register for and attend the Annual Meeting only (no charge, arrive before 6pm) – and enjoy an ice cream sundae on us!

Prospective members and guests are always welcome at the NAPS Social. Please add them to your registration so their name tags will be prepared and we can plan for enough food.

And if you can’t make it this year (or even if you can), please consider making an “Angel List” donation (visit NAPSva.org/fall-social) – Smith Point Sea Rescue members and families will be our guests at the event so any contribution will help.

You may also use the registration to renew your membership if you haven’t yet for 2023 – or if you want to renew early for 2024.
