Visit NAPS at the Strawberry Festival, Sat. May 24

Visit the NAPS booth at the 2025 Strawberry Festival, Saturday May 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the grounds of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Heathsville.

Learn about the results of our Ghost Crab Pot project we undertook this winter, and sign up for this year's Annual Creek Cleanup! If you're a paddler, pick up a free copy of our new "Paddler's Guide to Northumberland County" hot off the presses! Learn about this year's Wooden Boat School progress, highway cleanups, help to waterfront homeowners and other programs/projects – and if you have any new ideas for NAPS to explore this year, we're all ears! We'll be in the area on the left side of the old church building – please stop by and say "Hi!" We'll also have free reusable grocery bags to help you carry all the strawberries, art, crafts and swag from the event. We may have some of our famous "trash-crab" t-shirts too!

Thousands of people turn out each year to enjoy the crafts, strawberries, food, and activities. This year's event will kick off at 8:30 with the presentation of the colors, followed by the opening of strawberry and vendor sales.
