Learn about nature, stewardship, green energy, climate change, and the future of transportation...

The Northumberland Assn. for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) will be hosting the 7th. Annual Earth Day Festival in "downtown" Heathsville on Saturday, April 16, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with dozens of environmental exhibits and activities set up by NAPS and other local organizations, in conjunction with the first Heathsville Farmers Market of the year & the annual Wine Fest.

Environmental exhibitors have been a key attraction of the Earth Day Festival – there's something entertaining and educational around every corner.

NAPS will again have its "Earth Day Pledge Tree" and will be giving away free reusable grocery bags to anyone who promises to do something new to help the environment this year. NAPS also plans to have an “All-Electric Vehicle” exhibit and solar energy displays with experts on hand, as well as some fun activities and contests.

If your organization would like to exhibit at the Earth Day Festival, or if you have any questions or ideas, please email Stewardship@NAPSva.org.
